This page lists all third-party sub-processors used by Terra Connect Ltd to deliver our services, in compliance with UK GDPR Article 28(2).
About This List
A “sub-processor” is any third party to whom we transfer or grant access to personal data in order to provide our services. We maintain contracts (Data Processing Agreements) with each sub-processor and ensure they provide sufficient guarantees of compliance with UK GDPR.
For transfers outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes to This List
We will update this list when we add, remove, or change sub-processors. Where we add new sub-processors that process client personal data, we will notify affected clients at least 14 days in advance as specified in our Data Processing Agreement.
