7. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach affecting your data, we will:

• Notify affected individuals without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms (UK GDPR Article 34)
• For service clients: notify you as data controller without undue delay upon becoming aware of the breach, as specified in our Data Processing Agreement
